How do I use my premium wax melts?
Place 1 to 2 cubes of your Melt Luxe soy wax bar into the dish of an electric or tealight wax warmer. Turn on your warmer and enjoy the immediate, room-filling fragrance. You can remelt the wax until the scent completely dissipates.
How do I safely clean my wax warmer?
Once the fragrance has faded, turn off your warmer and let the wax cool slightly until it begins to solidify but is still soft. Use a couple of cotton balls to absorb the liquid wax and wipe the dish clean with a paper towel. Never use sharp metal objects or harsh chemicals to scrape out the wax.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of Melt Luxe products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
My wax has "frosting" or a white coating. Is it still safe to use?
Yes, the wax melts are still safe to use as this is natural in soy waxes.
Do your wax melts expire?
Wax melts do not necessarily expire, but the scent quality can decline slowly overtime. The most common changes are:
Scent Fade: The fragrance oils in the wax are volatile (they evaporate slowly). Over many months (typically 12 to 18 months), you may notice the scent throw is not as strong as when the melt was new.
Color Fade: Exposure to light, even indirect light, can cause any dyes or natural colors in the wax to lighten. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the melt's performance.
